"Candy took care of everything! She got the tenants to move on time, had all the cleaning, repairs and painting done. Made some recommendations to help sell the house at an increased price and took care of that as well. She paid for everything and was reimbursed upon the sale of the house so no out of pocket from my end which was great as the seller. Communications was good, providing all the reciepts for work done, and paperwork for the sale of the house. Being out of state she spent about an hour going over the contract with me over the phone item by item answering all of the questions which was a big relief.
